Qualifications

• Experience advising on inheritance tax and succession planning.
• Experience drafting complex Wills incorporating trusts is preferred.
• Ability to handle high-value estate administration with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise on inheritance tax outside estate administration as part of succession planning.
• Create, operate and amend trusts and draft related documentation.
• Prepare complex, bespoke Wills including those with trusts; provide support as needed.
• Work closely with partners and the Wealth Management team on high-value matters.
