Job summary

Ashfords' Trusts and Estates team in Exeter is seeking a Solicitor (NQ – 2 years PQE) to join a well-regarded private wealth practice advising high net worth individuals and families.

You will work on wills, trusts, estate administration and tax planning, developing client relationships from an early stage within a collaborative, supportive environment, with mentoring and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-contentious private client work.
• Ability to advise on wills, trusts and succession planning.
• Confident communicator with strong technical and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on wills and succession planning, trusts, estate administration and tax planning.
• Develop strong client relationships with high net worth individuals and families.
• Provide clear, concise advice aligned to clients’ objectives while working under supervision.
