Job summary

St. James's Place plc's appointed representative office in London seeks a focused Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of client service, regulatory compliance and team performance.

The role supports Financial Advisors by handling non-advisory tasks, enabling them to focus on client relationships and financial planning, in a supportive environment with growth opportunities. Location: Lombard Street, London City.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services in a private client environment.
• SJP experience preferred.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy; working knowledge of admin, communications, marketing and events.
• Ability to create intelligent data and use it for analysis and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team workflow to optimise output and collaboration.
• Set weekly priorities and distribute workload; conduct 1-1s to support performance.
• Liaise with advisers, providers and admin centres to progress cases.
• Support admin team to ensure processes meet Practice and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate client and third-party communications and provide regular updates.
• Track leads, referrals and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
• Engage with clients and develop relationships.
• Submit suitability reports and process applications when required.
