Qualifikationen

• Experience in wealth management or SJP/IFA environment.
• Experience in a regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage diary, inbox and day-to-day priorities.
• Be a key point of contact for clients and handle queries.
• Liaise with SJP, product providers and third parties.
• Chase new money and see cases through to completion.
• Oversee workflow: letters of authority, new and replacement business, case tracking.
• Keep accurate records in Salesforce and iBusiness.
• Check client documentation before it goes out.
• Prepare for client meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Improve processes as the practice grows.
• Support projects from start to finish.
• Take on team management as the business grows.
