St. James’s Place Wealth Management is seeking a focused Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of a wealth management office in London City, ensuring client service excellence, regulatory compliance, and efficient performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Financial Services in a private client environment is essential.
• SJP experience preferred.
• Strong literacy and numeracy, knowledge of admin, communications, marketing and events.
• Ability to create intelligent data and use it for analysis and marketing.
• Leading teams with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Salesforce, LinkedIn, AI and related tools.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate team workflow to optimise output and drive the team forward.
• Set weekly priorities, distribute workload, and conduct regular 1-1s.
• Liaise with advisers, providers, and administration centres to progress cases.
• Support admin team to align processes with standards and maximise productivity.
• Coordinate communication with clients and third-party providers and deliver updates to Advisors.
• Track leads, referrals, and pipeline activity in Salesforce.
• Engage with clients and develop strong working relationships.
• When required, complete suitability reports, process applications and submit advice sets.
