Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in London seeks a capable support specialist to assist Relationship Managers and Investment Managers with day-to-day client servicing and general inquiries. You will handle account opening, administration, and provide comprehensive operational support to ensure client needs are met.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, strong attention to detail, and the use of AI tools to optimise workflows while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience using Co-pilot.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows and apply responsible data use.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of Relationship Managers in the UK with the build out of their client base.
• Manage Account Opening process ensuring correct documentation and KYC requirements.
• Liaise with relevant departments to complete account opening timely.
• Provide ongoing client service through all areas of account maintenance and administration.
• Support periodic client reviews in line with KYC policies and procedures.
