Provide high-quality administrative and technical support to Wealth Manager.
Update and maintain client financial review documentation.
Process and follow up on Letters of Authority.
Monitor and oversee incoming funds.
Process fund switches and issue associated documentation.
Review and manage business pipelines.
Respond to client queries (both technical and administrative).
Manage workflows via CRM systems and internal tracking tools.
Liaise with third-party providers and oversee outsourced processes.
Support continuous professional development towards advisory progression.
Skills
Previous experience within Wealth Management or Financial Services
Experience using CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of IT proficiency
Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing deadlines
Strong time management and multitasking skills
