• Demonstrated success driving business value through adoption and benefits realisation.
• Experience in wealth management and client-facing changes.
• Expert-level adoption planning and change impact assessment.
• Strategic thinking with broad business implications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Experience with project management tooling and governance.
• RAID log management and risk tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAO initiatives (regulatory, process, and strategy) with client impact focus.
• Partner with WME Change & Transformation on enterprise tech projects.
• Plan and execute change readiness, capability assessment, and training.
• Manage multiple workstreams, coordinate activities, resolve dependencies.
• Ensure governance compliance and artefact usage.
• Measure outcomes via KPIs, risk reduction, and client experience improvements.
• Identify business impacts with stakeholders and assess delivery feasibility.
• Track risks, issues, actions, and dependencies with resolution paths.
• Support solution implementation through stakeholder comms and testing.
