Job summary

A financial services company in Glasgow is seeking a Wealth Management Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support. The successful candidate will manage client documentation, support Wealth Planners, and act as a key contact for clients. Ideal candidates will have previous administration experience and strong attention to detail. This role involves various administrative tasks to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous Administration experience is essential.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end wealth planning process is desirable.
  • Familiarity with financial planning and investment products is desirable.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to wealth planning is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and compliant client documentation.
  • Support Wealth Planners in submitting cases.
  • Manage financial administration including invoices and billing.
  • Prepare service agreements and client documentation.
  • Coordinate Wealth Planners' workflow with central functions.
  • Arrange client meetings and manage diaries.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients.
