Job summary

Barclays Private Banking Executive role supports Private Bankers in acquiring, servicing and retaining clients. You will handle day-to-day client contacts, assist with meetings, and promote banking and investment products while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

You will work with operations and other teams to deliver high-quality client service, manage complex requests, and help drive client satisfaction across a diverse UHNW client base in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management environments.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML, governance, and risk controls.
• Experience in client-facing roles with strong documentation and administrative tasks.
• Ability to market banking and investment products to clients.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients to achieve business goals.
• Liaise directly with clients on complex requests across banking and servicing needs.
• Prepare for client-facing meetings and deliver high-quality client support and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and other support functions to ensure positive client outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships for end-to-end client experience.
