Job summary

Barclays Private Banking is seeking a Private Banking Executive on a 12m fixed-term contract to assist Private Bankers in acquiring, servicing and retaining clients. You will be a key contact for day-to-day operations and support marketing of banking and investment products.

You will work with senior stakeholders, ensure regulatory compliance, and help deliver high-quality client service and annual reviews across a Private Banking/Wealth Management context.

Qualifications

• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or similar client-facing environment.
• Building trusted relationships with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, risk management, lending and security.
• Adherence to regulatory frameworks including KYC/AML, governance and risk controls.
• Preparation for client meetings and delivering high-quality client support such as correspondence and reviews.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in acquiring, onboarding, servicing and retaining clients.
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day client operational matters and queries.
• Assist with marketing banking and investment products to clients.
• Develop relationships with other bank areas to enhance the end-to-end client experience.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards and internal policies.
