Job summary

RGH-Global Limited in Blackpool is seeking a Client Onboarding Coordinator for a 3-month fixed-term contract. You will be at the heart of the client journey, ensuring new accounts are accurately set up on the wealth platform and aligned with internal policy and regulatory expectations.

You will own reviews from receipt to activation, liaise with investment colleagues, work with Due Diligence, perform 4-eyes checks, and help improve data quality and onboarding processes while keeping paperwork

Qualifications

• Experience using Word, Excel and Outlook daily.
• Ability to accurately enter and maintain client data.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to escalate issues early in workflows.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of new client account reviews from receipt to activation.
• Contact investment colleagues with onboarding questions via phone and email.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Due Diligence teams to keep onboarding moving.
• Enter and maintain client information in core systems with accuracy.
• Perform 4-eyes reviews on colleagues' data entries.
• Notify teams when accounts are opened.
• Run exception reports to spot data issues.
• Participate in data quality and process improvement projects.
• Digitise and file account paperwork accurately.
