The position requires CISI Level 3 or commitment to achieve it, with strong Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with wealth management platforms being advantageous.

Qualifications

• CISI Level 3 qualification or commitment to achieve it within agreed timeframe.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with a wealth management/investment platform is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support on complex tasks as directed by the Investment Manager.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with accurate, timely support.
• Handle account opening and closing processes.
• Manage stock transfers into accounts and process payments.
• Maintain and update static data within the firm's investment platform.
• Produce Excel-based reports using platform data.
• Place trades on the investment platform based on Investment Manager instructions.
• Take and process client orders for non-complex instruments within Execution Only Service.
• Support Investment Managers with preparation for client pitches and meetings.
• Assist the wider team with ongoing projects and process improvements.
• Undertake regulatory training as required.
• Stay informed on industry and market developments.
