Outcomes First Group’s Options Autism school in Sheffield is seeking a Headteacher to shape a growing specialist school for children aged 4 to 11 with autism and complex needs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, influence culture, and drive high standards across teaching, safeguarding and wellbeing.

The role is permanent with 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri) and a salary up to £85,000 depending on experience. Start ASAP with support from a wide network of educational expertise.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS and a recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE or equivalent.
• Passionate about specialist education, inclusion and improving outcomes for children with autism and complex needs.
• Confident in leading school improvement and delivering high standards of teaching and learning.
• A strong communicator who can build trusted relationships with pupils, families, colleagues and professionals.
