Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, is seeking a Headteacher for a SEN school in West Yorkshire. This permanent role focuses on leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional education for children with autism and complex needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and strong safeguarding practices.

We are a specialist independent school supporting children aged 4 to 11 years with autism, often alongside complex learning, communication and sensory needs.
