Carrington West is seeking a Senior Project Manager for water and wastewater schemes in the Manchester region. You will lead delivery from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, cost control and alignment with strategic goals within a major contractor environment.

Hybrid working is available within the UU region, with reporting to Operations Manager / Framework Director. The role carries a salary up to £80,000 plus package, DOE, and a strong focus on governance, risk management and

Qualificações

• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects.
• Degree or equivalent in construction, commercial or engineering disciplines.
• PMQ or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Extensive project delivery experience including strategic and operational management.
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and their administration.
• Familiarity with CDM regulations and health and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety and quality standards across all project activities.
• Ensure adherence to the Business Management System (BMS) throughout delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Plan, direct and monitor projects, approve PEPs.
• Prepare and approve detailed construction plans and method statements.
• Report non-conformities and related costs accurately and timely.
• Manage all commercial aspects and provide forecasts and estimates.
• Oversee resource planning and clarity of responsibilities.
• Foster customer satisfaction by addressing requirements.
