Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Project Leader in Wales to manage design and build projects across water and wastewater sectors. You will collaborate with site teams and engineers to drive outline through detailed design, construction, commissioning and handover.

You will mentor colleagues, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and build strong relationships with clients while advancing your professional chartership within a supportive, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Process or Electrical).
• Incorporated Member of Engineering Institution (IEng).
• Outline and detailed design experience of water or wastewater projects.
• Knowledge of Designer or Principal Designer duties under CDM 2015.

Responsibilities

• Work with Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor to balance technical, constructability andCommercial aspects throughout delivery.
• Lead design of treatment or infrastructure projects from outline to detailed design, through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical and process designers, BIM modelers and specialists to meet programme and budget.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and build strong client relationships as a one-team approach.
