Job summary
Ipsum is seeking a Team Leader to manage water utilities repair and maintenance across Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire. You will lead a small operational team, coordinate site activities and ensure safe, high-quality work delivered to clients and stakeholders.
The role requires strong leadership, site supervision expertise, and a commitment to customer service. Travel across the region is expected to support projects and operations.
Qualifications
- Experience leading teams in repair/maintenance
- Strong safety, quality and site documentation focus
- Willingness to travel across the region (Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire)
- Proactive with a customer-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate site teams on repair and maintenance projects.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
- Promote health, safety and environmental standards.
- Support development and training of team members.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams; maintain site documentation.
