Job summary

Ceto Talent is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire, with sites Falmer or Chatham. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, manage labour, plant and materials, and ensure work meets design, quality, health and safety standards.

A background in water, wastewater or utilities construction is preferred, with SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and First Aid qualifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising construction sites in water/wastewater or utilities.
• Hands-on site leadership with focus on safety and quality.
• Strong planning, reporting and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities on site and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to design/specifications.
• Manage labour, plant, materials and resources to support programme.
• Monitor progress and report site performance.
• Identify and resolve site issues and escalate where needed.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
