Job summary

The Site Supervisor role at Browne oversees the day‑to‑day running of our construction sites, delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget. You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, labour, plant and materials, ensuring compliance with design, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.

Based in Falmer or Chatham with daily travel to sites across Kent, Sussex and Hampshire, this 45‑hour week role requires strong leadership and hands‑on site experience to drive productivity

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction sites within water/wastewater utilities.
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance with hands‑on site experience.
• Proficient in planning, problem‑solving, reporting and using digital site management tools.
• Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, NRSWA Supervisor and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day running of construction sites, ensuring safety and productivity.
• Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, manage labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure works meet design, quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
