Job summary

OnSite Central Limited is seeking a Project Lead to drive delivery across Flow Department initiatives in Worcester. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee planning, and ensure safety and compliance while coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The role offers long-term development within a 3,000-strong group, with opportunities to grow in data, network operations, and strategic resolution planning.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management.
• Excellent organisation and planning abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working within utility, water, telemetry, instrumentation, or monitoring environments.
• Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvements.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Flow, SDM, Metasphere, and Special Projects activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, company procedures, client requirements, and Health & Safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, performance, risks, and operational data, providing regular reports and updates.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Support team development through training, briefings, and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee stock, equipment, and asset management to support efficient project delivery.
• Ensure project objectives, KPIs, and contractual obligations are achieved.
