Job summary

Anglian Water in Peterborough is seeking an experienced Flow Capital Delivery Manager to lead the Flow Compliance Capital Programme and a team of delivery engineers on live sites. You will create momentum, governance and delivery accountability, ensuring safe, value-for-money outcomes for customers and the environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital programmes or construction schemes in a complex operational environment.
• Strong commercial, financial and programme management capability including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and driving accountability within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop delivery engineers to create a culture of accountability and excellent delivery.
• Deliver the Flow Compliance Capital Programme from concept through to construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage contractors and framework partners to ensure safe, effective and efficient delivery.
• Ensure CDM requirements and safety standards are understood and managed throughout the programme.
• Maintain strong budget, forecast and value-for-money controls.
• Use data and performance reporting to track progress and support effective decisions.
