Job summary

Onsite Central Ltd. is seeking a Project Lead to drive delivery across Flow, SDM, Metasphere, and related projects in the water sector. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate planning and resources, and ensure adherence to RAMS, safety, and client requirements.

The role involves data-driven oversight of progress, risks, and performance, plus nurturing client and subcontractor relationships. You will contribute to continuous improvement, manage assets, and support team development while

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisation and planning abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in utility, water, telemetry, instrumentation, or monitoring environments.
  • Ability to analyse operational data and identify improvements.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and RAMS.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience with hardware systems (HWM, VEGA, NIVUS, METASPHERE).
  • Experience working within water authority frameworks.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS and water industry experience.

Responsibilities

About Us:

At Onsite Central Ltd, Project Leads play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of Flow Department projects. Through strong leadership, attention to detail, customer focus, and operational excellence, they support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality services across Yorkshire Water and Northumbrian Water Metasphere programmes.

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to one of the water industry's most critical challenges while developing your expertise across data, network operations, and strategic resolution planning. Onsite is part of the South Staffordshire Group – a 3,000-strong organization behind South Staffs Water, Cambridge Water, and several leading utility support businesses – offering long-term development and career progression.

Key Responsibilities
