Job summary

SOCOTEC UK is seeking a Water Treatment Technician to join our Environment & Safety division on a field-based basis across Leicestershire and surrounding areas. You will be part of a team delivering water safety and hygiene services on large contracts.

The role requires reliability, a full UK driving licence and hands-on testing experience to inspect systems, sample water, monitor temperatures, and document findings for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in all listed water treatment tasks.
• Experience in on-site test kit analysis.
• Can-do attitude.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Closed System chemical sampling and analysis.
• Cold water storage tank inspections and remedial recommendations.
• Thermostatic mixing valve failsafe checks and servicing.
• Water temperature monitoring.
• Report writing and client discussions.

Job Description

This could be your opportunity to excel as a Water Treatment Technician as well as playing a vital role in helping our business succeed.

As our company grows and develops, we are ever expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Water Treatment Technician to join our Environment & Safety division.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable and committed to join our team. The role is a field based role, working across a number of large contracts in Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

The tasks you will undertake will include (but are not limited to):

• Closed System chemical sampling and analysis

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• A full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel
