A respected industrial water treatment company is seeking a confident Water Treatment Service Engineer to cover contracts in the Central Belt of Scotland. The role involves installation and servicing of water treatment equipment, requiring relevant experience and electrical qualifications. Ideal candidates must be located within commuting distance of Glasgow and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in the Water treatment industry required.
• Hands-on experience with water treatment equipment servicing.
• Electrical qualification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Installing and servicing Water Softeners and RO units.
• Fault finding on client sites and appropriate handling.
• Training staff in line with company needs.

Job Title: Water Treatment Service Engineer

Location: Glasow, Central Belt of Scotland

Salary / Benefits £28k - £45k + Training +Benefits

Respected industrial water treatment company with a presence across the UK are now looking for a confident and experienced Water Treatment Service Engineer to cover contracts across the Central Belt of Scotland. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience working within the Water treatment industry carrying out the installation and servicing water treatment equipment including water softeners and RO units, Fault finding and installing chemical dosing equipment.

Candidates will live in a commutable distance of one of the following locations: Glasgow, Cumbernauld, Coatbridge, Wishaw, East Kilbride, Lanark, Paisley, Clydebank, Falkirk, Linlithgow, Bathgate, Livingston, Edinburgh.

Experience & Qualifications

• Will have good working knowledge of the Water treatment industry and Water treatment equipment.
• Hands on experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment.
• Electrical qualification e.g. 18th electrical
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office.
  
  

The Role

• Carrying out installation and servicing of Water Softeners, Chlorine dioxide units and reverse osmosis.
• Finding faults on site and dealing with appropriately.
• Installing chemical and dosing equipment.
• Traveling to client sites.
• Training staff in line with company needs.
• Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients.
