Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions seeks a Water Treatment Engineer for a range of high-end residential sites across London. The role covers sampling, tank cleaning, disinfection, and minor plumbing tasks within a busy FM service environment.

The ideal candidate will have City and Guilds qualifications in Plumbing and Water Treatment, plus Legionella control knowledge, and proven water system remediation experience. Competitive package and overtime opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of relevant water treatment legislation and guidance
• Fully trained in water treatment disciplines

Responsibilities

• Take domestic and closed system samples
• BCW tank clean and disinfections
• Disinfect mains water pipes and hot & cold water systems when needed
• Carry out surveys on hot and cold water systems
• Perform basic plumbing and repair leaks
• Carry out general building maintenance

Water Treatment Engineer - FM Service Provider - Foot Mobile - High End Residential Buildings - London - Up to £52,000 + Package PAYE or CIS

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Engineer to be based across a commercial high end residential contract in London covering 7 sites, the majority of these sites are in the Canary wharf area and one in South West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment ideally with some plumbing experience. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £52,000, overtime and further training.

Package & Working hours

• Up to £52,000 (depending on experience)
• Up to £180 - £220 a day CIS (depending on experience)
• Overtime available
• Working hours: 7.30 - 17.00 Mon - Thur & 7.30 - 16.00 Fridays
• £160 a month travel allowance

Key Responsibilities
