Job Details

• Salary: £45,000 - £46,000 Per Annum depending on experience
• Location: Liverpool St, City of London
• Terms: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

Requirements

• City and Guilds in Plumbing
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold-water systems
• Experience with cooling towers and water system remediation/maintenance
• Knowledge of legislation and guidance in water treatment

Role Responsibilities

• Analytical testing of cooling towers and closed systems
• Logbook management
• Maintenance of chilled water and cooling towers
• Water flushing and disinfecting
• Working with chemicals and conducting surveys
• Basic plumbing and leak repairs
• General building maintenance
• Knowledge of equipment like calorifiers, pumps, tanks, etc.
