Our client is a specialist water treatment company providing high-quality solutions for commercial and industrial customers. The role combines technical water treatment knowledge with account management to deliver service across steam, cooling, and closed-loop systems.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, perform site visits, monitor treatment performance, and document service activities with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
• Full, valid UK driving licence (role involves regular travel to customer sites).
• Experience with water treatment best practices and industry compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Conduct routine water treatment service visits across customer sites.
• Monitor and maintain treatment programmes for steam, cooling, and closed-loop systems.
• Carry out on-site testing, sampling, and analysis of water systems.
• Provide technical recommendations and corrective actions where required.
• Produce accurate service reports and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation, and customer requirements.
• Plan and manage your own schedule to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer systems and support business growth.
• Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
