Job summary

Attega Group Ltd in London is recruiting an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of water treatment and water hygiene accounts. You will manage an annual budget of approximately £680K, build long-term relationships and drive account growth, with hybrid working between office and home.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in water treatment, handle technical discussions with clients and be commercially focused to retain and grow key accounts. 8am-5pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in water treatment and/or water hygiene.
• Experience as Water Treatment Account Manager or similar.
• Confident managing a substantial portfolio of accounts.
• Ability to discuss technical water treatment requirements with customers.
• Commercial mindset with focus on growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of water treatment and water hygiene accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of account performance, satisfaction and growth.
• Manage accounts covering cooling towers, cooling water systems and steam boiler systems.
• Collaborate with technical, operational and service teams to deliver requirements.
• Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports to customers and senior management.

Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join their team.

The main purpose of this Account Manager role is to manager and devlop a portfolio of water treatment and water hygiene accounts, with responsibilty for an annual account budget of approximatley £680,000

In return, our client is offering a salary of Up to £50k Plus Bonus, depending on experience.

This role is full-time and permanent, The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8am -5pm with a mix between office and Hybrid.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of water treatment and water hygiene accounts with an annual budget of approximately £680K
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Take ownership of account performance, customer satisfaction and commercial growth
• Manage and develop accounts covering cooling towers, cooling water systems and steam boiler systems.
• Work closely with technical, operational and service teams to ensure customer requirements are delivered effectively.
• Prepare and present account reviews and performance reports to customers and senior management.

The ideal candidate:

• The successful candidate must have proven experience within the water treatment and/or water hygiene sector
• An experienced Water Treatment Account Manager or similar
• Confident managing a substantial portfolio of customer accounts
• Comfortable discussing technical water treatment requirements with customers
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on account growth and retention
