Job summary

Marlowe Environmental Services is seeking a Water Technician to operate, maintain and monitor water treatments for our customers. You will ensure water safety and regulatory compliance, supporting key business functions by following method statements and Marlowe Environmental Services standards.

You will perform responsibilities including timely completion of allocated jobs, accurate documentation, and routine water treatment tasks, with a focus on safety and quality in a full-time role based in

Qualifications

• Undertake tasks of a level 1 technician.
• TMV valve servicing (failsafe and full strip-down).
• Sampling of domestic systems and reporting to the laboratory.
• Excellent time-keeping and sound work ethics.
• Valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete allocated jobs within the agreed timescales.
• Complete all necessary documentation accurately and submit on the electronic system in live time.
• Must not exceed more than 2 audit failures per year.
• Cleaning of cooling towers and tanks (2nd man), tank inspections, and flushing of little-used outlets.
• Temperature monitoring, sampling of domestic systems, and descaling and cleaning of showers and shower heads.

HOURS: 40 hours per week

This role ensures that water is safe and meets regulatory standards. The position will support the key functions of the business by providing services as and when required, and by carrying out tasks allocated in accordance with all method statements and the fundamental rules of Marlowe Environmental Services.
