Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer in Bristol to repair and maintain water supply systems in customers’ homes. You will work field-based, with a strong emphasis on safety, service, and professional conduct.

Your role requires diagnosing leaks, laying pipework, and managing jobs with autonomy. The position offers a competitive salary (£33,220 - £37,810) plus a £1,500 guaranteed bonus in year one, along with overtime, a pension, 33 days holiday, a company van and fuel card, and

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
• A positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains.
• Laying and replacing pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
