Job summary

Ganymede Energy is recruiting a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to join their Crewe team. You will work in customers' homes, diagnosing leaks, laying and replacing pipework, and carrying out excavation and reinstatement work with support from an experienced field team.

The role is field-based, 40 hours per week, with weekend/holiday work and opportunities for overtime. A full UK driving licence and a proactive, customer‑focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Good customer service skills and the confidence to deal with customers in their homes.
• A practical, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

Water Supply Pipe Engineer

£33,220 - £37,810 + £1,500 guaranteed first-year bonus / 40 hours per week / Permanent

Ganymede Energy is working with an established and growing provider of heating and maintenance services across the UK, recruiting for an experienced Water Supply Pipe Engineer to join their team.

The Role

As a Water Supply Pipe Engineer, you'll work in customer's homes carrying out repairs and maintenance on water supply systems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains
• Laying and replacing pipework
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service

This is a field-based role where no two days are the same, giving you variety and autonomy in your work.

You'll have the support of an experienced team around you, as well as access to dedicated training and field-based coaching whenever you need it.
