Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Water Supply Engineer to join one of the UK's energy companies on a permanent basis. The role covers a patch in Luton and surrounding areas, with a 40-hour week including some weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

You will attend customers' properties, identify leaks on water supply pipes, excavate ground to fix pipes and make ground good afterwards. A full UK driving licence is essential and previous water mains experience is preferred.

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.

Job description

TXM Recruit are looking for a Water Supply Engineer to start working for one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected energy company’s.

Company Van, Fuel Card and full van stock provided.

Full Time - 40 hours a week - this includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.

Up to £33,220 - £37,810 (Salary dependent upon experience) + £1,500 signing on bonus! In a permanent role covering a patch of works in Luton and surrounding areas you will be required to be attending customer’s properties, identifying leaks on the water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes and making the ground good once complete.

Previous experience of identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains is essential; Due to the role you must be comfortable working outdoor in all-weather types.

Requirements

Ideally looking for candidates who have worked for a water companies previously or have water supply systems experience.

Full UK Driving Licence.
