Job summary

TXM Recruit is seeking a Water Supply Engineer to work for one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected energy companies. This permanent role involves travel to Northampton and surrounding areas, attending customer properties to identify leaks on water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes and restoring the ground after completion.

The job requires prior experience with identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather

Qualifications

• Experience identifying leaks on water supply pipes.
• Experience repairing and laying water mains.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend customers' properties to identify leaks on water supply pipes.
• Excavate ground to fix pipes and replace ground afterwards.
• Maintain and service water supply infrastructure in mapped areas.

TXM Recruit are looking for a Water Supply Engineer to start working for one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected energy company’s.

Company Van, Fuel Card and full van stock provided.

Full Time - 40 hours a week - this includes some weekend, evening and bank holiday work

Up to £37,220 - £41,810 (Salary dependent upon experience) + £1,500 signing on bonus!In a permanent role covering a patch of works in Northamptonand surrounding areas you will be required tobe attending customer’s properties, identifying leaks on the water supply pipes, excavating ground to fix pipes and making the ground good once complete.

Previous experience of identifying leaks, repairing and laying water mains is essential; Due to the role you must be comfortable working outdoor in all-weather types.

Requirements
