We prioritize our people and are seeking a skilled Water Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Energy and Sustainable Cities Business Line.
This is an exciting time to join Egis's new Project, Programme, PMO, and Commercial Management Capability (“P3M CM”) team in the UK, Ireland, and Europe, which is undergoing transformation. Our goals include developing a top-tier team, engaging proactively with markets and suppliers, streamlining operations, and achieving results through strong commercial policies. These efforts present numerous opportunities to contribute to Egis's leadership in infrastructure.
Reporting to the Water Cost and Commercial Lead for the UK, your role as Senior Quantity Surveyor involves delivering projects with water companies or the Environment Agency, mainly in the Midlands, with opportunities in the North West of England. There may also be progression opportunities across UK water, environment, rail, or nuclear sectors.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you should have experience in pre- and post-contract management within NEC 3 or NEC 4 ECC frameworks, and procurement in the UK water, environment, rail, or nuclear sectors. Your major project experience will be essential in driving efficiencies, managing supply chains, and overseeing contracts. Experience with Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and/or Early Subcontractor Involvement (ESI) in design and build projects is also required.
