We're looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Yorkshire Water team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

Hours: 45 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be working within the operational team, supporting them in the commercial function to support the delivery of a portfolio of design and build projects on the Yorkshire Water AMP 8 ‘Complex non-infra works' Framework.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks, and implementing Kier Group's policies for risk management.
• Measuring works carried out and reconciling to Target Cost.
• Ensuring cash flow is maximized, including ensuring payments are received on time.
• Providing commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, helping to exceed business targets and KPIs.
• Providing guidance and support to operational teams in areas such as Contract Compliance, financial impact of decisions, value maximization/cost saving techniques, and procurement strategy.

What are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is ideal if you have:

• Experience with Oracle and Causeway accounting systems.
• A full UK driving license.
• A degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with NEC contracts with Target Costs.
