Job summary

Fusion Utilities, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting for Technical Sales Advisors in Water. These roles concentrate on delivering technical, value-driven sales support, developing relationships with Tier 1 contractors and stakeholders.

The position allows branch-based work with one day per week from home, and location flexibility beyond Chesterfield. You will engage customers, provide technical solutions, and manage quotations and orders, contributing to growth in the Water sector across

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles.
• Water or Utilities sector experience is desirable.
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors and frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solving and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
• Provide technical advice and value-engineered solutions to help customers identify the right products and solutions for their projects.
• Manage quotations, enquiries and sales orders, ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer care.
• Support customers with complex requirements, using your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to deliver the best outcomes.
• Develop relationships with Tier 1 contractors, framework customers and key stakeholders within the Water sector.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive sales growth, improve processes and achieve shared objectives.
