Job summary

AECOM seeks a Project Manager to deliver FRAM water projects across the North, Midlands and Scotland, in a hybrid work environment. You will coordinate NEC-based contracts and lead teams through inception to site delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years consulting PM experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Onboarding is conducted at a UK office as part of joining AECOM.

Qualifications

• NEC contracts knowledge or accreditation is preferred.
• Experience delivering in a consulting environment on complex projects.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to mentor graduates and apprentices.
• Experience managing risk, quality, schedule and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver capital investment projects on NEC contracts.
• Coordinate meetings, minuting, progress reports and tender documentation.
• Engage with clients, contractors and stakeholders to meet project parameters.
• Oversee client-side project management: HS, risk, quality, schedule, and contract management.
• Mentor Graduates and Apprentices.
• Support business development with existing and new clients.
