Job summary

Scottish Water is seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of civil, mechanical and electrical projects across all lifecycle stages from their Stepps, Glasgow office.

You will manage budgets, milestones and resources, liaise with clients and internal teams, and ensure governance, quality and H&S compliance. The role supports a hybrid working model with monthly site travel and a driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Degree, HND or HNC in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Experience delivering civil, mechanical and electrical projects in water industry preferred.
• NEC contract and financial management experience advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to travel monthly and work in hybrid arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of a portfolio of civil, mechanical and electrical projects across all lifecycle stages.
• Monitor budgets, milestones and resource needs; provide monthly updates via Unifier.
• Liaise with client and internal teams to ensure governance and safety standards.
• Supervise consultants and partners to ensure performance, health & safety and compliance.
• Support development of the Investment Delivery Business Plan and CSFs.
