Pertemps Thames Water is recruiting for a Water Regulations Inspector to cover Ashford and surrounding areas. The role involves visiting domestic and commercial properties to assess plumbing systems for compliance with Water Supply & Fittings Regulations, supported by comprehensive training for newcomers.

Expect reactive and proactive inspections, verification of plumber work, and involvement in higher-risk investigations.

Qualificações

• Valid driving licence and willingness to drive a company van.
• Interest in starting a career in the water industry with full training provided.
• Awareness of Health and Safety regulations and how they are implemented.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out reactive and proactive inspections to support regulatory targets.
• Check the work of approved plumbers and monitor standards, skills and customer service.
• Verify reduced-pressure zone valve installations.
• Assist with high-risk investigations, including cases involving water quality contamination.
• Manage notifications relating to plumbing changes received by the business.
