AFECO is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver water-sector infrastructure from design through commissioning. You will collaborate with project managers, designers, contractors and client representatives to ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across clean water, wastewater and treatment works.

The role requires water-industry experience, strong drawing interpretation, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while prioritising safety and quality.

Competenze

• Experience in water sector projects.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project delivery frameworks and RAMS.

Mansioni

• Support end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility to commissioning.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Develop project plans, schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely delivery.
• Review drawings, P&IDs and technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments; support RAMS and risk registers.
• Ensure compliance with water-industry standards and CDM regulations.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
