Job summary

Egis UK is seeking a visionary Programme Lead to shape strategy, drive delivery and create a more sustainable water future across Midlands programmes. You will lead multi‑disciplinary teams, establish robust governance, oversee NEC3/4 contracts, and collaborate with clients, QS teams and partners to deliver high‑value water and wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree qualification in a numeric degree.
• Full Membership of chartered body such APM at MAPM.
• Valid CSCS card; Water Hygiene Card desirable
• Strong knowledge with CDM regulations and risk management
• Experience with NEC3/4 contracts
• NEC (3/4) accreditation (preferred)
• Willingness to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week
• This role is subject to client interview and acceptance

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery across capital infrastructure/ Non-Infrastructure portfolios
• Establish and embed robust governance, milestone tracking, and risk management frameworks
• Align programme outcomes with strategic business objectives and client expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and accountability
