Qualifications
- Requires BEng/MEng or equivalent in Chemical/Process Engineering and Chartered/ Incorporated Engineer status.
- Typically 8–10+ years’ process design experience in water/wastewater/biosolids.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects and act as process lead.
- Strong knowledge of process design, PFDs, P&IDs, mass balances and design basis development.
Responsibilities
- Lead process design delivery on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects across full design lifecycle.
- Act as process technical lead, owning design strategy, process selection and key decisions.
- Review and approve process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs and design bases.
- Lead process modelling and simulation using BioWin, SUMO, Dynamizu or equivalents.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to recruitment and capability development.
