Job summary

Egis seeks a Senior Feed Project Manager to join its UK Water business, focusing on major programmes in the Midlands. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure design delivery, and maintain strong client and partner relationships in a consultancy setting.

This role requires delivering high‑value water and wastewater projects, mentoring junior managers, and contributing to growth within the P3M CM capability across the UK. Office-based in the Midlands with one day from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a numeric field.
• Full membership of a chartered body such as APM/MAPM.
• Experience in Rail, Nuclear, Water and/or Environment.
• CDM regulation knowledge and experience.
• Line Management and recruitment experience of Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of technical design delivery across wastewater non-infrastructure projects from mobilisation to completion.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams (process, civil, mechanical, electrical, ICA, environmental).
• Build and maintain relationships with water company clients and stakeholders.
• Drive UK-based design teams to deliver integrated solutions across AMP programmes.
• Support governance across scope, cost, schedule, risk, quality and assurance.
