Job summary

Access Talent Group in the UK is seeking a Principal Process Engineer in the Water sector, based in Andover with hybrid working. You will lead multidisciplinary process design projects and mentor engineers across Process, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines to support delivery.

The role requires a Chemical Engineering degree (BSc/MSc) and Chartered status (CEng) or active pursuit, plus extensive water treatment process knowledge and regulatory compliance experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Chartered status (CEng) or actively working toward professional accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities on standalone and integrated projects.
• Provide expert technical guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and process assessments of water infrastructure.
• Develop and review process designs, specifications and documentation.
• Review and provide feedback on process work by others.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients and contractors.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain relationships across engineering disciplines.
