Job summary

Join Southern Water’s Water Production Team at Hardham to uphold compliance and support operations across our Sussex sites. You’ll carry out audits to ensure safety, environmental, and cleanliness standards meet requirements and regulatory expectations.

The role involves coordinating activity with Field Performance Managers, assisting planned work, managing standby rotas (1-in-10), and deputising for the Field Performance Manager during leave, with travel between sites and a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Strong technical and operational background.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out site audits to ensure safety, environmental, and cleanliness standards.
• Support planned work and coordinate operational activities across multiple sites.
• Respond to unplanned events and assist in managing health and safety risks.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage unannounced regulatory audits and maintain relationships with regulators.
• Deputise for the Field Performance Manager when required.
• Update company systems and databases accurately and promptly.
