Job summary

The Clancy Group is seeking a permanent Water Network Team Leader to oversee field crews, locate and repair mains defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards across water networks in the UK.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with maintenance teams, and drive efficient service delivery while meeting regulatory requirements. A full driving licence and relevant NRSWA/CSCS credentials are valued; experience with CAT & Genny is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction & water industry we would love to hear from you.
• A full, clean driving licence is essential and a NRSWA qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny and a strong awareness of health and safety practices is essential. While a CSCS card or equivalent is desirable, experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is also valuable.
