The Clancy Group is seeking a Water Network Team Leader to oversee field operations, repair mains water defects, and ensure safety and compliance on outdoor sites. The role suits someone who enjoys physical work and leading others, with real scope to develop within the utilities sector.

A full clean driving licence is essential; NRSWA is highly desirable, and CSCS or similar experience is a plus. Training and career progression are supported within a large UK family-owned business.

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction & water industry.
• A full, clean driving licence is essential and a NRSWA qualification is highly desirable.
• Experience with underground service detection using CAT and Genny; CSCS card or equivalent desirable; machine driving experience is valuable.

• Ensure strict adherence to all Clancy Group health, safety and environmental regulations
• Acting as a mentor and coach for less experienced colleagues

Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good all-round knowledge and understanding of the construction & water industry we would love to hear from you.

A full, clean driving licence is essential and a NRSWA qualification is highly desirable.

Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny and a strong awareness of health and safety practices is essential. While a CSCS card or equivalent is desirable, experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is also valuable.
