Water Network Team Leader (Permanent Position)

Clancy is seeking to recruit a permanent Water Network Team Leader. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor, physical work and can perform in all-weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and repair mains water defects
• Check equipment and systems to ensure they are fit for use, maintained, and fully operational
• Ensure compliance with all Clancy Group health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Mentor and coach less experienced colleagues

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor with a good understanding of the construction and water industry
• A full, clean driving licence (essential)
• NRSWA qualification (highly desirable)
• Experience in underground service detection using tools like CAT and Genny
• Strong awareness of health and safety practices
• Experience with machine driving (such as diggers or excavators) is valuable

A CSCS card or equivalent is desirable.
