Severn Trent in Coventry seeks a Strategic Asset Manager to shape the long-term plan for water assets. You will develop a 25-year investment strategy for Treated Water Pumping Stations, Storage and Reservoirs, while coordinating regulatory submissions such as PR29 and providing technical sponsorship for asset rationalisation.

You will oversee an annual £200m–£250m investment programme, driving data-driven improvement and collaboration with Strategy and Regulation teams to align with business

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving ability and a grasp of water networks and hydraulics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to compile, analyse, interpret and present complex technical data sets.
• Demonstrated team player and capable project sponsor who owns problems until resolution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a 25-year investment strategy for Water Network assets.
• Lead regulatory submissions, including PR29 Business Plan.
• Oversee an annual investment programme of £200m–£250m and ensure projects meet business plans.
• Collaborate with Strategy and Regulation teams and build external relationships.
• Represent the business in industry forums and stakeholder groups.
